FAQ

How is the production system deployed and commissioned?
The system is delivered as a full line set including mixers, forming machines, tunnel ovens, sandwich and packaging units. After installation, our engineers provide on-site commissioning and staff training to ensure the automatic biscuit production line becomes fully operational with accurate recipe setup and operator hand-over.

What technical support and warranty period are offered?
Typically we provide a 24-month warranty covering mechanical and electrical defects, plus lifetime access to spare parts. Support includes remote diagnostics and field service as part of our position as a leading biscuit production line manufacturer supporting long-term operations.

What are the site compatibility and utility requirements?
The line supports electrical (380 V/50 Hz, 3-phase) power and either gas or electric heating for tunnel ovens (and diesel optional for high-capacity models). Site planning must cater to tunnel oven lengths up to 75 m for higher throughput models, and suitably sized foundations, ventilation and cooling lines must be provided. 

What is the typical delivery lead-time?
Standard delivery for the standard model line is approximately 30-40 working days once specifications and payment terms are confirmed, depending on capacity and customisations. 

How is data handled and privacy managed when software controls are integrated?
Our PLC and control modules run locally and do not require cloud-storage by default. If remote monitoring or IoT features are selected, data encryption and user-access controls are implemented to safeguard production data and ensure confidentiality as part of our food packaging solutions offering.
